The City of Tarpon Springs is embarking on an ambitious City Branding Project designed to strengthen its identity and showcase the community’s heritage, vibrancy, and future.
The initiative aims to create a unified brand that reflects Tarpon Springs across digital platforms, signage, and print materials. Alongside this, the City is developing a marketing plan with strategies tailored for seasonal visitors, summer vacationers, and year-round residents. Plans include website enhancements, targeted campaigns, and tools to highlight the many reasons people live, work, and visit Tarpon Springs.
Citizen participation is central to the effort. Residents are invited to take a brief, 20-question online survey that will be open through October 17. The feedback will help shape a slogan and brand promise that authentically represent the community.
“We want to hear from you, the people who live, work, and grow in Tarpon Springs,” said Karen Lemmons, Economic Development Manager. “Your feedback helps us build our presence in a way that truly reflects and serves this vibrant community.”
The City has partnered with 365° Total Marketing, an award-winning firm specializing in destination marketing and municipal branding. Their expertise will guide the development of a long-term strategy that connects with residents while attracting visitors and investment.
For Tarpon Springs, the project is about more than logos or slogans—it’s about creating a brand identity rooted in authenticity and shared vision. By blending professional expertise with community voices, the City is laying the groundwork for a future that honors its history while embracing growth.
