The City of Clearwater recently held a “Game of Zones” hands-on workshop to engage the North Greenwood community in planning and developing the North Greenwood CRA.

Using scale models and game boards inspired by actual blocks in North Greenwood, participants of all ages created their own miniature neighborhoods. The outcomes of this activity provided valuable insights to Clearwater’s consultant team as they draft zoning regulations that reflect the community’s aspirations.
